Ulaanbaatar City and the
University of Ningxia in Yinchuan city in China have signed a memorandum of
cooperation. This came after talks between Deputy Mayor B.Baatarzorig and a
team from the university led by Shu Zhenguo, Recctor of the School of
International Education.

Under the agreement, Orkhon
private university of Ulaanbaatar will collaborate with the School in training
and management. Founded in 1958, the University of Ningxia has 400 students
from 22 countries. This year, two Mongolians enrolled there and the sides have
agreed to increase the number of Mongolian students and also to charge them
less.
