Mongolian Foreign Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil received Donald Bobiash, Canada's Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs on 27^th of April. The main purpose of the meeting was discussing cooperation issues between the two countries. Donald Bobiash also is the co-chair of the Mongolia and Canadian round table meeting.

Ts.Munkh-Orgil noted that there are many possible ways to increase cooperation, for example, in  tourism and agriculture. Mongolia needs to attract Canadian investment and to domesticate technological know-how.

During the meeting, the two ministers discussed the current situation in northeast Asia. Mongolia has invited a Canadian delegation to participate in the ‘Ulaanbaatar Dialog’ which will be held mid-June.
