The cases of the former Chief of National Emergency General
Board, P.Dash, and the former Chief of the State Reserve Completion Office,
L.Altangerel, have been transferred from the Anti Corruption Authority to
Ulaanbaatar Prosecutors’ Office. They are accused of causing a big loss to the
state by misusing their official position. They arranged for repairs to the building
of the National Emergency General Board without calling for a tender for the
job and without permission from the State Property Committee. The repairs were found
to be below standard. Also they bought cars for their organizations without
permission.
