The Freedom Implementing Party, which has no seat in Parliament, plans to approach the Supreme Court about the election system. Its head, Sh. Tumursukh, has said he does not accept the MPP argument that the proportional system of representation violates the Constitution and his party will ask the Court for its opinion on the matter.
