Mongolia has joined the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry (IWFCI), a unique organization formed in 1992 in Melbourne, Australia. During the annual meeting, Mongolia was granted its membership and O.Baigal was selected as a head of the IWFCI in Mongolia. A violinist by profession, O.Baigal is director of the ‘Young Leadership Skills’ non-profit organization of Mongolia.

The organization was formed to meet the emerging needs of women in business and in recognition of their increasing contribution to the world of commerce, the community and to government.

IWFCI has 5 million members across all five continents.
