The Mongolian delegation led by President Ts.Elbegdorj is in New York, where the 71th regular session of the General Assembly of the United Nations is being held. Ts.Elbegdorj flew to New York on Monday from Havana, where he had been on an official visit.

Presdisent Elbegdorj will meet officials of the city of Philadelphia as well as will lecture at the University of Pennsylvania's American Center for Mongolian Studies.
