Disaster Management training started at the Law Enforcement University of Mongolia today (19^th of September). The event is being organised by Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the US Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, the Alaska National Guard and US Special Operations Command Pacific.

More than 20 experienced teachers from the USA have come to Ulaanbaatar in order to strengthen capacities for disaster mitigation, management and coordination of the personnel of NEMA, the border troops and police. A total of 70 Mongolian officers are participating in the training.
