The Standing Committee on Social Policy, Education, Culture and Science on Wednesday postponed the first reading of two draft laws, one on health insurance and the other on social welfare.

This was the sixth time this happened with the latter. D.Ochirbat, the committee head, said the matter cannot be put off any further, as World Bank aid has been put on hold because of the delay. But his appeal “to stop politicizing” did not move Democratic Party members who are against the draft law.
