Several major agreements were signed during the official
visit of President Ts.Elbegdorj to the USA. They include the following.

A memorandum of cooperation on trade and economy was
signed by Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade G.Zandanshatar and US Commerce
Secretary Gary Locke.

A memorandum of understanding to develop cooperation
between civil transportation organizations and to increase the capacity of MIAT
was signed by Director General of MIAT Ts.Orkhon and the Director of the US
Trade and Development Agency.

An agreement on buying Boeing aircraft was signed by
Director General of MIAT Ts.Orkhon and the company.

 A memorandum of
cooperation between civil airline organizations was signed by Chief of Civil
Air Transportation S.Batmunkh and the Executive Director of US Air
Transportation Management Center.
