The State Supreme Court yesterday refused to allow the Green Party to disband itself following its merger with the Civil Will. Its leader, MP D.Enkhbat, had asked the court to annul its certificate of registration as it has ceased to be active as a separate grouping.  The judges said they would consider the request only when all relevant material was placed before them. For example, they needed to see what the GP Assembly had decided on the issue and on disposal of the party’s assets.
