Minister for Finance S.Bayartsogt
today received Chinese Deputy Minister for Commerce Chen Zyan, who is in
Mongolia as head of his country’s team to the 12^th meeting of the
intergovernmental commission for trade, economy, science and technology.

Bayartsogt expressed his
satisfaction that the soft loan agreement had been concluded and explained how
Mongolia intends to use non refundable aid from the Chinese Government to
improve auto roads and the lighting system in Ulaanbaatar. Implementation of
projects with the soft loan for USD300 million will begin soon.
