According to the National
Statistics Committee, average household expenses were MNT487,200 at the end of
March, 2011, MNT109,100 more than in March, 2010. Inflation rose by 1.8% in May.

The state budget showed a surplus
of MNT89 billion at the end of May. Unemployment has also gone up by 1.8% in
comparison with the same period, and now stands at 42,800

 According to the Mongol Bank, money supply at
the end of May was MNT5,428.1 billion, MNT2,174 billion or 66.8% more than in
May, 2010.
