Minister for Road, Transportation
and Urban Development, Kh.Battulga, told Parliament on Friday that 5
laboratories would be built in Ulaanbaatar and aimag centers at a cost of
MNT213 million to test the quality of building material. Agreements have been
concluded with companies that will supply the laboratory equipment after their
selection following a tender.

He also said the city budget of
2011 includes MNT20 billion to be spent on removing households from land marked
for development.
