The Judge General of
Ulaanbaatar Court, B.Sarantuya, sent on Friday to the Office of the President
and to the Speaker explanatory notes on her rejection of the appeals of Anti
Corruption Authority officials against their conviction by a primary court. She
asserted that evidence had confirmed the charges against Ch.Sangaragchaa,
D.Sunduisuren and U.Altangadas and the provisions of the law had been rightly
applied. The original investigation had not strayed from the law and further
investigation to deal with the appeal did not produce anything to support the claims
of the convicted.
