In a message to judges and employees of all courts,
Ts.Zorig, Judge-General of the State Supreme Court and also Chief of the
General Court Council, has expressed the hope that they would at all times try
to dispense justice and fairness according to law, to expedite judicial reforms
and to keep courts’ activity beyond disputes. He has said judicial initiatives
and independent thinking is essential to set up a court structure of skilled
judges, to change courts’ finances, to increase their effectiveness and quality
of work.
