A working group headed by the Deputy Minister of
Mineral Resources and Energy, B.Ariunsan, was in Russia to seek more diesel and
their efforts yielded some result. Rosnefti would provide 30,000 tons of diesel
altogether in May and TNK LLC 13,000 tons. Officials of the Ministry hope that
together, this would be sufficient for the demands of this month’s spring
planting and construction work.
