Deputy Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag was in Uvurkhangai aimag last week to see how SMEs that have taken Government loans were doing. He visited Arvain Devshil brick factory, which produces 2 million bricks daily and now meets the entire needs of the aimag. The factory borrowed MNT50 million for expansion and employs 40 workers. The director of the factory noted that the loan was of great help as it carried a lower interest rate than commercial bank loans.

Altankhuyag also visited a factory producing paper packets that employs blind citizens. Apart from this, he saw the work of some family businesses and also businesses working without an SME loan.
