Minister for Finance S.Bayartsogt yesterday left for the USA to take part in the Spring meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group, to be held in Washington on April 16 and 17. The meeting of the joint World Bank-IMF Development Committee and the IMF’s International Monetary and Financial Committee will review reports from member countries on their economy in 2010, as also the two organizations’ own financial reports and budget.
Bayartsogt will meet and hold extensive talks with those responsible for Mongolia in both the IMF and the World Bank.
