Some 700 delegates are expected to attend the fifth conference on children in Ulaanbaatar on March 28, jointly organized by the Office for Children, a Government Implementing Agency, and World Vision International. Deputy Prime Minister M.Enkhbold and Permanent Representative of World Vision Vincent Edwards will address the conference, called Caring for Childhood.
It will discuss how to reduce risks facing children, like accidents, and how to develop national awareness of the need to provide them with a safe and secure life. It will urge
adoption of stronger measures by the Government to ensure protection for children in several ways.
