P.Lkhamdegd followed her gold medal at the Dusseldorf Grand Prix last week with another victory in the 78-kg category in the Women’s World Cup in judo in Prague over the weekend. Altogether 247 women from 41 countries competed in the tournament.

Lkhamdegd  got a bye in the first round, defeated Japanese Tomoko Ishimoto in the second, and German Ulriche Sherbart in the third, to head her group. She then defeated  Belgian Catherine Jakey in the semifinal to meet Japanese Hitomi Ikeda in the final. This bout she won with two yukos.
