International master of sports M.Tumenbayar has left for Great Britain to compete in the London Taekwondo Grand Prix. The competition will be held on 20th -22nd of October.

M.Tumenbayar, who is an athlete at the ‘Aldar’ sports club is Mongolia’s big hope in taekwondo. This will be is third Grand Pix tournament.

The London Grand Prix is expected to be attended by 213 athletes from 57 countries to participate in the men’s and women’s categories of eight weight divisions.

M.Tumenbayar has become one of the leading taekwondo athletes of Mongolia. He won silver medal in the Asian Taekwondo Championships and bronze medal in the 2014 Inchon Asian Games and gold in the 58 kg category at the 2017 Korea Open.
