The FIBA 3х3 “Ulaanbaatar Challenger” was held on 3rd and 4th of June under guidance of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The competition took place on the Mongolian capital’s Sukhbaatar Square and was broadcasted live to more than 100 countries. A total of 12 teams from France, Spain, Brazil, Japan, Russia and North Korea as well as four Mongolian teams competed in the competition. The Serbian team won the competition which was hosted by Mongolia for first time.
