When would the decision of tender selection be resolved?

The deadline of tender bidding material for an operator company is January 27 and we will resolve the ultimate decision by the end of February after discussing tender biddings. The deadline of tender bidding material for an investor is January 17.

Foreign companies are allowed to bid to tender as an investor but only state-owned domestic companies are allowed to bid. Why?

The Government directs tendency that if a foreign company cooperates with a company of Mongolia, the company should be the state-owned company.
