Unitel
Corporation (Unitel), one of the four mobile operators in Mongolia, has become
a 100% Mongolian-owned company, following its Mongolian shareholders acquiring
the shares owned by their Korean partners after long discussion.  MCS Group owns the majority shares in Unitel
and BSB Telecom the rest. Unitel was established in 2005 as a 50/50
Korean-Mongolian joint venture.
