limbs frozen daily frozen from exposure to cold. They include homeless people
and also others too drunk to go home. Many of the latter are under 25, mostly
students at the end of celebratory parties. They are often robbed of their
clothes.
Fire alarm calls are also on the rise. The Emergency Board in Ulaanbaatar
attended to 69 calls in the last nine days where cars, fences, or barns were on
fire. A citizen in Bayangol started the car and died from carbon monoxide
inhalation.
