The second stage of the distribution of the Human Development Fund allowance will now begin on April 15, instead of on April 1 as earlier announced. D.Choijilsuren, Director of Social Care Department, has said the full list of citizens was received from the State General Registration Authority on March 22. This has to be double checked to make sure there is no duplication of payment.

He did not anticipate any major problem once the work begins. Account books will be opened starting April 5 and the money will be placed in banks jointly with the Finance Ministry.
