The Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy will take over 7736.1 hectares of land in the Oyutolgoi area, 3661.3 hectares in Tavantolgoi deposit in Tsogttsetsii soum, and 3512.5 hectares kept for an industrial complex  in Khanbogd soum. These will be developed as townships around the mines.
