Turkey and Mongolia signed a
memorandum of understanding during the sixth-term joint economic committee
meeting in Ulaanbaatar on Tuesday. The memorandum was signed by Turkish State
Minister & Deputy Premier Bulent Arinc and Mongolia”s Environment &
Tourism Minister L. Gansukh.
Two other protocols were also signed on sharing experience between KOSGEB
(Small & Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey) and its
Mongolian equivalent, and between the Turkish State Planning Organization and
Mongolia”s planning unit on cooperation in development planning.
The signing of the protocol marked the end of Arinc’s visit to Mongolia, where
he had arrived on October 23.
