The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed the arrest in
London of B.Khurts, head of Administration at the National Security Council,
but has not given any further detail. Representatives of the Mongolian Embassy
in London have met with Khurts at his temporary place of detention and it is
believed the French Police Department has asked for his transfer to France.
