Yesterday’s regular meeting of the Government decided
to organize a national meeting on labor soon. It will review the relevance of
existing labor laws and labor relations, and devise methods of preparing a
labor force to meet the fast changing needs of the market place. More jobs are
being created but many of these require special skills. The related Ministries have
been asked to seek the opinion of social activists and experts.
