N. Tsogtbayar, who lives and works in the USA, is organizing
the 48 Hours festival to give young Mongolian
film producers and directors a chance to get international exposure. He
is receiving support from Globe Art Center, Mongol Film Group LLC and Jur Ur
center in Ulaanbaatar.
It will be the first time in Mongolia that
participants will get 48 hours to write the screenplay, select actors, and make
a 4-7-minute film.
