MP Sh.Saikhansambuu who, among other things, owns the Narantuul Market, has said he will not claim the MNT70,000 from the Human Development Fund. He has clarified that he took the decision not because he is rich and does not need it, but because he does not wish to burden the people with debt.

According to him, the advance money received by the Mongolian Government from the Oyutolgoi investors is being distributed this way, so it is actually a debt that must be paid back.
