A working group headed by the CEO of the “Mongolian Railway” state property company has been working in Beijing over the last few days, where a meeting was held with Mr Lu Bin, who is President of Foreign Operation and Investment Company at the Shenhua Group, as well as with other officials. During the discussions, both sides exchanged their opinions about solving the investment issue for the Ukhaa Khudag-Gashuun Sukhait railway, and how to start railway construction immediately.

CEO D.Ganbat has presented planning material and other documentation regarding state border issues appertaining to the railway project. Information about the outcome of their meetings has not yet been provided.
