The Mongolian “Agency on Land Affairs, Geodesy and Cartography” is to launch an online market to simplify land procurement and ownership. According to representatives of the Agency: “Under this online market, any citizen and organization (from any country) can obtain land via the internet without any difficulty”. The online land market will be launched following Governmental approval.

People can participate in the land auction, after transferring pre-payment money and providing personal information to the online market. Assuming the online market is launched, the police, the judiciary, banks and other bodies can access the land information.
