The Head of the President’s Office D.Battulga, and the
legal advisor to the President, G.Ganzorig, recently met S.Batdelger, Judge
General of the Supreme Court and head of General Council of Courts, to discuss implementation
of a program of judicial reforms supported by the National Security Council.
They also discussed ways in which the Supreme Court, the General Council of
Courts and the Presidential Office could cooperate more effectively among
themselves.
Battulga and Ganzorig told Batdelger that the President wanted active
participation of the Supreme Court and the General Council in programs aimed at
judicial reforms, curbing corruption, protecting human rights, establishing
justice and strengthening democracy.
