The mortgage credit provided by the commercial banks of Mongolia was MNT 80.4 billion in October 2015. The credit balance has now reached MNT 3, 370.5 billion, and the total number of people who have taken out a mortage has reached 75,877.

The loans can be broken down as follows: 98.4% of these credits are tugruk loans; 1.6% are foreign currency loans; 2.4% is overdue and 0.7% are invalid loans.
