Following the official talks, President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj and President of the French Republic Francois Hollande attended the signing ceremony of bilateral documents. During the ceremony, the following documents were signed:

• An Intergovernmental Agreement on Educational, Cultural and Technical Cooperation between the Governments of Mongolia and the French Republic;

• An Intergovernmental Agreement on Expenditure of Financial Assistance of the Food Aid Foundation of France;

• An Agreement on Implementing a Joint Scholarship Program between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sciences of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France;

• A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Film Industry between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sciences of Mongolia and the National Centre for Cinema and the Moving Image of France;

• An Agreement on Cooperation in Tourism Sector between the Ministry of Environment, Green Development and Tourism of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France;

• A Letter of Cooperation on Improving Breed and Selection of Cow between the Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Mongolia and the Ministry of Agriculture, Agrifood and Forestry of France;
