The Apartment Price index (API) for October 2015 has fallen by 2% on the previous month, and 11.5% on November 2014. The API has registered a continuous fall in apartment prices of 19.3%, since March 2014. The “Tenhleg Zuuch Company” has noted that this decline has nearly reached the level of the apartment price fall, which took place in 2008 and 2009. The experts noted that apartment purchase and demand has also reduced.

Approximately, 800 apartments were sold during October 2015. The highest apartment price is in the Khan-Uul district and the lowest in the Songino-Khairkhan district. The average price for a new apartment is MNT 2,047,000 per square meter.
