The 38^th General Conference of UNESCO began on 3^rd November in Paris. The Mongolian National Commission of UNESCO and Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Purevsuren made a speech on 4^th November, in which he spoke about the relationship between Mongolia and UNESCO over the  70 years, as well as UNESCO’s policies on education, culture, science, communication and information. Minister Purevsuren also spoke about the policies and involvement of the Mongolian Government. The 38^th General Conference will continue until 18^th November.
