At the invitation of the Mongolian Mountaineering Federation (MMF), the Vice President of International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA) Peter Farkas made a visit to Mongolia on 14th-19th October.

The purpose of the visit is to discuss co-operation program and to provide up-to-date information about the current situation Mongolian under the main climbing categories of the sport, namely; climbing, rock climbing, and ice-climbing.

The MFF is paying a lot of attention to facilities, staff and international competitions in order to improve and intensify the development of the sport.
