In total 162 archers participated in the Buryat Archery competition during the Naadam Festival. The archers were mostly from the Khovd, Bayan-Ulgii, Zavkhan, Umnugovi, Khuvsgul, Selenge, Tuv and Dornod Aimags. Of the participants, 120 were male and 42 were female archers.

In male archery:

First place- O.Sukhbaatar of Bayandun sum, Khentii Aimag
Second place- N.Ulziikhutag of Dadal sum, Khentii Aimag
Third place- B.Batbaatar of “Aldar Sport Association”

In female archery:

First place- J.Nyamdavaa of Sukhbaatar District (native of Khuvsgul Aimag)
Second place- Ch.Gandavaa of the “New Nalaikh” team
Third place- B.Sugir of Bayandalai sum, Umnugovi Aimag
