City Mayor G.Munkhbayar has ordered the commission
responsible for preparing for the winter to intensify their work. He stressed the
importance of working responsibly and said people will have to answer for
failures and mistakes in execution. He criticized the way some repairing road
work is being handled.

During Naadam 128 people were detained for
drunk-driving. Goods worth MNT 2.7 million were confiscated from illegal
traders. In general the organizing committee and districts worked very well
during the festival.
