The 8^th piano duet competition named after Russian pianist Alexander Bachchiev was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the P. I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.     

Mongolian pianists won third place in the international competition.  They were awarded a diploma and tribute as winners in the competition from the Accadеmia Pianistica Siciliana Society.

Pianists from Saint Petersburg won first place, and second place went to pianists from Elektrostal. 

The piano competition was organized in fivr categories

• Students of professional musical schools and universities
• Teachers of professional musical schools
• Representatives of mid and high level educational training organizations
• Professional artists and piano players
