The young alpinist D.Otgonkhuu has successfully climbed Europe's highest peak, Mount Elbrus, for the second time. 

Afterwards, he participated in Category A of the Red Fox Elbrus Race dedicated to the 70^th anniversary of Russia's victory in World War II. He participated in the skyrunning competition and broke a record for Mongolia, placing 35^th in the competition.

In Category A the 1 kilometer vertical category takes place 1,000 meters above sea level. A total of 311 athletes from 18 countries participated at the competition.  D.Otgonkhuu's previous record in this category was set on May 6, 2013, with a time of 1:01:54.
