Following the new PM of Mongolia taking office, the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Li Keqiang, sent a congratulatory letter to PM Ch.Saikhanbileg.

Premier Li said in his letter, “On behalf of the Government of the Republic of China, and on my personal behalf, I would like to express to you my most sincere congratulations for appointment as PM of Mongolia. Mongolia and China are good neighbors and have established comprehensive strategic partnership.

"As the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, I am ready to work closely with you on strengthening relations between Mongolia and China in all fields, and collaborate for the prosperity of people of both countries. I believe the people of Mongolia will find new success and achievements in the reconstruction of the country under the rule of a new government."
