The DP caucus in parliament held a meeting on Tuesday and put forward MP R.Amarjargal, MP and Head of the Cabinet Secretariat for Government Ch.Saikhanbileg, and MP D.Ganbat as nominees for PM. The caucus took a break from the meeting to negotiate the issue with president Ts.Elbegdorj.

Ousted PM and DP leader N.Altankhuyag claimed that he would not nominate anyone who voted against the government last week and left the caucus meeting on Tuesday.

Today, the DP caucus is expected to nominate a final candidate for PM in a closed vote.
