The
Head of the Government Office, Minister Ch.Khurelbaatar, has told the
Government that 2 million 358 thousand 432 options have been received about receiving
the allowance from Human Development Fund in ways other than cash. Many gave
more than one option and these have been counted separately.

520,655 people or 22.1 percent of those who voted want the money to go to health
insurance and pension payment; 9.2 percent or 217, 220 for health
insurance, 12.9 percent or 303 445 for pension.

14.6 percent or 344,768 chose health service payment; 4.4 percent vaccination,
5.4 percent ambulatory diagnosis, and 4.8
percent diagnosis and medical treatment.

18.5 percent or 437,992 people voted for education.

18.1 percent or 427,716 people voted for apartment loans and loan payments
–
31.4 percent or 739,812 people voted for payment of herder loans.
It
is seen that 87.3 percent of the people are willing to receive the allowances
in some non-cash way.
