At the meeting the Mongolian side was chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister D.Gankhuyag whilst Cuban representatives were headed by the Director of Asia and Oceania in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Miguel Angel Ramirez Ramos.
The two parties discussed how to strengthen traditional bilateral friendly relations and how to intensify bilateral cooperation in fields such as sports and education. They also discussed how to further boost collaboration on agriculture and health, pursuing support reciprocally in the scope of multilateral cooperation.
The Director of Asia and Oceania from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Miguel Angel Ramirez Ramos, is scheduled to meet a member of the Mongolia-Cuba Friendship Group in Mongolian Parliament, A.Bakei, and the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism L.Tumenjargal as well as officials of the Health Ministry. He is also due to meet the State General Prosecutors Office of Mongolia during his stay in Ulaanbaatar.
