The board of directors of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. will meet on Monday, March 24, 2014 to consider and approve the fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries. These financial results will be released before TSX market open.

The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results and provide an update on the Company”s operations. Date and time of the call for various regions will be as follows:
