The “Higher Education of Engineering in Mongolia” project is to be carried out this year by sending Mongolian engineers to train in Japan.

Recently, the Government of Japan officially approved Mongolia`s request for a lower interest loan of 7 billion 535 million yen required to launch the “Higher Education of Engineering in Mongolia” project.

With the approval, a total of 1000 Mongolian engineers and technical experts will be able to study in five main courses of non-degree, preparation and duplicate trainings, except courses for master and doctoral degree in the scope of the project.

The “Higher Education of Engineering Development in Mongolia” project will continue until 2023. As a result of the project, a new curriculum program for mechanical engineers, construction engineers and electrical engineers will be created and credits recommendation for the classes will be accredited at Japanese Universities and institutes.
